At first,we are very excited to apply for abroad. We think of our hopes and dreams for our future, our family. Once you already accepted the job, you get to know the real world. The set up of Philippine is generally different from Japan. It is from the very first day you start. A bus or van will pick you up in the morning. Most of the companies start at 8:00 in the morning. But you must prepare as early as 6:00 A.M. Remember ,that you go along with your co-workers going to your workplace. Some companies can be reached within 15 minutes,or you can possibly in a work that can be reached for almost an hour. It is important to prepare yourself physically and psychologically. Some agencies only offer an 8-hour job but most of the companies or factories ( Kaisha )need workers that can work for more than 8 hours. It is regardless whether your work needs you to stand up all day long.Of course, there are breaktime like 5-10 minutes and another 1 hour for your lunchbreak.Japanese companies/factories have different rules.Prepare for the first day! Especially if you are used in an office set up. Most Filipinos really are mostly accepted in factories.Unless, you speak and write Japanese fluently. You might be lucky landing in an office. There might be a time that you'll be tired, depress or homesickness will follow. So,be really prepared in coming to Japan. Japan has a different setting. Walang tambay sa labas. Children play outside for a while pero hindi katulad sa atin sa Pilipinas na nasa labas ang mga bata o matanda para mag usap usap o tumambay.
Japanese are basically quiet. They want most of the time peace. Workaholic sila. That is why when a holiday comes, bongga ang pasyal nila.Japanese are very lucky, they do not need visa to enter other countries LUCKY! I guess because the government is very good.Japanese government really work for their people. They have benefits for the education of the children. The salaries are commensurate to their daily needs. Almost everybody is equal. So,I guess, for now eto ang mga pwede ko i-share.
